has anyone else come across this issue i have ran the programme as administrator made sure the latest net framework is installed / redownloaded and reinstalled burnermax and still will not run . the error i get is a box saying the programme has stopped working ???? .

yeah thats what i thought damm dont know what to do know as ive installed over my windows 7 is there any way i can roll it back to 7 ???
Yeah you can re install 7 if you have the disk but however there are images of people on 8 running it fine, I've not used the tool myself just trying to help out
yeah but it have to download the install cd wouldnt i ?? just wondered if there was a rollback option in windows .
Only other thing I can thing of it make sure your drive drivers are up to date, and install 3.5 and 1.1 net framework, seen a few posts saying that fixed the error, could be worth a shot.
yeah cheers mate ill try them now but if i cant get it to run ill just go back to 7 unless i can work out how to have two operating systems to choose from on boot .
If you want to do that you have to partition a space on your hard drive, I have windows 7/8 duel boot on my laptop, however you have to have 7 installed first.
I'm on Windows 8 and wondered the same thing about the PayTool ...I just noticed JungleFlasher won't work either!!
update on this thread as posted earlier to install net framework 1.1 i tried this and it said upon install this programme will have compatibility issues so what the hell i tried it installed it upon installation the install box had a bit of a hissy fit and got stuck in the top left hand corner so i restarted lappie and low and behold burnermax payload and jungleflasher boot up into life so to resolve this issue netframework 1.1 is needed as pointed out by XPGDARKSIDE so much kudos to you my freind problem solved thank fooook for that .
