So it's about time I upgrade, and my dad gets a hefty discount on computers at HP so I thought I'd take advantage of that. My main hobbies on the computer are obviously gaming and graphic design, so to put it bluntly, I aim to be able to play Battlefield 4 on Ultra Settings and record at the same time. So with that goal in mind, take a look at my options I've put together. My main focus points are the processor, memory, and graphics card. I'm not too concerned by everything else. My personal choices are highlighted green. Thanks you guys!

Are you going to be rendering? And any other games you are looking at playing? Give us more details and we could help you more. Also what is your price budget for the whole thing? Or just for these three parts? Do you have the other case, psu, HDD/SSD already and if so, please list them so we all can make a better decision on what to say in our advice. Hope I can help. Also the graphics cards are going to be bottle necking the entire system, cpu is good and ram amount seems to be good. And if i understand correctly, those parts listed are the parts you can get a discount on? Please correct me if I am wrong. For instance here are a few builds i mocked up for you to see: <link> <link> <link> Just remember when looking at those builds. I don't know anything about your budget or what you have so far.
