Can someone make a save that has unlimited badass tokens , Skill points, money, lvl 50, and Modded weapons and maybe completion of the story mode?
Not possible, badass points are saved to your profile. However there are plenty of saves with max money skill points, etc. And you can always boost your badass tokens.
