Resolved Boom Boom Rocket Editor Not being able to read my .GPD

Everytime I try to mod "Boom Boom Rocket" I get this error:

It seems to only happen on my account, Is there something wrong with my account, as it works fine on my offline profile, I have recovered my gamertag and everything.

Would anyone like to take a look at my Boom Boom Rocket GPD and tell me whats wrong?
