Unresolved Bioshock 1 file open gets unhandled exception

There's no other editor I can find pleas fix!!!

Error: file not found.

I have adam and money.
extract save then open the save with the bio1 editor and it crashes. Error attached.

Windows 8.1 framework 4.5 installed.

I have the same problem with the same configuration. I did everything with MFrameWork but nothing solve the problem. I think no one knows how to make it work with Win 8.1

 

After trying a dozen different things last night I found the solution. I downloaded 360rev 2.60 (don't want to post a link. Not sure how strict mods are here. Googles your friend). Then I launched it. Let it auto upgrade to 3.301. And BOOM. It works. If I had to guess the devs did their accptance and unit testing on a version that was upgraded from one revision to the next. Instead of the new vesion the user would download from the site. Sloppy developing is sloppy.
