BioShock Infinite will feature familiar concepts from previous iterations.

The player assumes the role of Booker DeWitt, who can wield weapons and, later on, powers called Vigor and Nostrums, the equivalents of BioShock's plasmids and tonics. BioShock Infinite is primarily a first-person shooter, but combines elements of RPGs, in particular with choosing and developing your Powers.

New to the series is a rail-based highway called the Skyline that connects the various structures of Columbia. Using a grappling hook, the player can travel around Columbia with ease, giving way to new maneuvers, such as being able to shoot while swinging from the Skyline, and lots of combat opportunities in the wider open space.

    Skylines explained.
Combined with Elizabeth's unique abilities, the player will have access to a wide array of techniques with which to dispatch foes. While the player never directly controls Elizabeth, her AI has been designed to make smart choices based on the given situation and available environs. Using her powers comes with a price, however, similar to the decision of saving or killing Little Sisters in previous games.

    NEW MODE

In addition to the main game, BioShock Infinite introduces 1999 Mode. This new "hardcore" mode offers a greater challenge that forces the player to make permanent choices. The game mode came about following feedback from the Bioshock community, which unanimously agreed that upgrades enhance the Bioshock experience but crucially, over half also indicated the game would be better still if any decision they made during the game was a permanent one. As a result the choices you make in the game -- from weapons upgrades to plasmid selections -- will have an irreversible impact on how the game pans out.[1]

    MOTION CONTROLS SUPPORT

Ken Levine himself stated that BioShock Infinite will support PlayStation Move. Exactly how the controls will be implemented in the game hasn't been detailed yet. There has been no reports for Kinect compatibility.

No release date has been announced for Fallout 4 at this current time
