Both Cargo and Droid Run are designed for 6v6 matches, though the challenges offered in each are rather different, with one riffing on a classic multiplayer staple and the other slightly more original. First up, Cargo is Battlefront's version of Capture the Flag. Your aim is to run into the enemy base, collect their cargo, and then return it back to your home turf. But here's the rub - your own cargo/flag doesn't need to be there for you to score. To adjust for this, scoring has been modified too. Matches start at 5-5 and, if your team scores, it shifts to 6-4. Whichever team is in the lead when 15 minutes have elapsed wins. Only one map has been teased - the Rebel Base on Tattooine, which has three lanes to fight through and features the Millennium Falcon covered in dust as a centrepiece. Next up is Droid Run, which tasks players with finding and gaining control of three GNK Droids that are wandering around the map. The aim is to control all three before the 10-minute match comes to an end, so you'll need to communicate with teammates to explain where Droids are and if enemies are near. One of the maps that was cited was the Ice Caves on Hoth, where you'll be darting from Wampa haunts to the Rebel encampment, replete with tarp-covered X-Wing.
