Battlefield 4 License Transfer Problem

Ok, so I license transferred from a friend for battlefield 3 premium and all maps, which worked great, no problems at all. But in battlefield 4, when I download the new map pack that has recently been released (china rising)from my buddy and then switch back to my profile, the maps don't show? I even tried to download the premium just like I did in battlefield 3 (which worked) but neither are working? am I missing something?

 

I suggest deleting them then reinstalling them.

 

I did that like 3 or 4 times now, I even deleted all the updates for the game and still no go..

 

Maybe give Microsoft a call?
I'm not quite sure.

 

Im pretty sure that premium and maps are tied to battlelog accounts now.

 

That may be cuz its for sure not working...
