XboxSupport replied: "If your account is banned, you also forfeit the licenses to any games that have licenses tied to it as listed in the ToU. ^AC" This is yet another blow to perceived attack on gamers from Microsoft. The user further went on to enquired about Xbox Live Hacked Account scenario. "What happens if your Xbox Live account gets hacked? Do you also lose your Xbox One games?"
