I wasn't sure if you need both 6A and 6B files, so I included both in the rar file. Rehash and resign both files to your profile and it should work fine. In order to get to the save while in-game, click on Play the Tyranny of George Washington, pick the 2nd file and select Episode 2 The Betrayal and then follow the picture I will be posting to show you where you will need to go to pick up the last Lucid Memory Artifact in order to acquire your achievement.
