    Well, honestly, I Do not Know What To Serve Saves 100% of the AC, Because Everything is ready, But Here Is My Gpd, Who I suffered a lot and battled to Achieve All Costumes, Just Place In Your Profile In Horizon and Open (or Create) a Save Game, Soon After Getting what Connor Costume (I believe that after Sequence 5) Just Go to the Secret Room of the House of Achilles and All the Costumes Are There.
    I also have a 100% From Gpd AC Brotherhood and Revelations Almost Ending and the Gpd The AC 4

    Obs: Have Achievements: DLC The Tiranny of King Washington (But if You Don't Have The Dlc,Don't Worry,The Gpd It Will Works Perfectly)
