    Those who have done it have gotten banned. Thats why they are closed.

    I didnt mean closed, as in they were closed by an admin, I meant they are closed as in they arent doing it at the moment

    why risk getting banned? 80% of the people modding their saves end up banned .. :wtf:

    I have never played online, and if i do, It wont be with a modded save, Plus, I just wanna test out some cars and stuff

    I know. I don't mean closed by admins or banned from the sites. I should have clarified. Yesterday XPGProgrammer got banned from Horzion for using diamond tools to mod others saves aside from her own. Only for two days but still.

    Ahhh, Ok thank you for clarifying, but there are some people who are still modding, They are just hard to find, and I MUST FIND THEM :)
