    ALL GTAS ARE COMPLETED ALONG WITH EACH GTA HAVE THEIR OWN CUSTOM PAINTED VEHICLES. ^HINT^ IN EACH FOLDER THERE IS A READ ME FILE THAT TELLS YOU THE LOCATION OF THE SAFE HOUSE WITH THE CARS. HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!

    Colors that you must mod the game to get on that car.
    Yes, There is a achievement for 100% and there are achievements that you will not get that come first.

    look game save for episodes from liberty city will not pop anything but the original gta iv save will pop 2 achievements one for 100% and one for having half million $$ nothing else

    I tried the GTA TBoGT save the other day and the 80 & 100% achievements didn't unlock for me. I even redid a mission, which didn't unlock any.
