Hypothetically, could you create a trainer or game save to change the drop rate to 100% in borderlands 2? I always was curious on how the programmers of borderlands hid the drop rate so good that hackers had a hard time finding a way to up the percentage. Or was it that the hackers weren't focused on upping the drop rate?
