1 WHOLE YEAR (no intro just update)

    THIS ISNT AN INTRO JUST AN UPDATE!!!

    WELL IT HAS BEEN ONE YEAR EXACTLY SINCE MY LAST CIGARETTE (and I found out I had cancer) AND THE FUN BEGAN. WELL I MUST SAY I FEEL ALOT BETTER BECAUSE OF ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED IN THE LAST YEAR. LIFE IS GOOD!!!

    Its very hard to stop, Been smoking for over 15 years and i did stop for 2 years but started again :(

    I used to smoke, but then I started vaping, was able to go from smoking to vaping in a single day :p
