there is allways a risk in modding, so you can get banned.
its a big menu you will get on the screen with over 50 options to pick
have you used horizon and changed the IDS to your ID?
i did this yesterday "22.09.2013" and it worked great
you will only get banned from treyarch server on black ops 1, so you can still play other games and xbox live

they lay down the banning server on black ops 1 but since allote of modders started to mod black ops 1, 3arc started to open the banning server....
