    God mode? Inf ammo? I don't think so, I guess this game's saves are tricky to do and whoever did these saves has not returned to this...

    Ok first a quick update - your squad members levels drop to 1 when on your first field mission but Carter's remains at 8. They all level up...

    Correction, I downloaded the Mediafire saves and found one that worked but Carter is level 8 and not 10 as in the screen shot, while chosen squad...

    THE BUREAU: XCOM DECLASSIFIED Save Editor + RTE By Team Avalon

    I cant use the RTE ( don't know what it means to be honest... ) but the save editor allows me to edit XP and save but shows up as corrupt...
