You achieved victory in all freeplay races.<br />

load the manual save not the auto save and go to the last race (checkered flag on the map) and talk to the guy and drive to the race, stop just before the race marker and get out of your car. pull out a gun (left or right on the D-pad) and aim it at each driver and they will get out of their car, when all drivers are standing beside their cars get in a car and enter the race marker. drive a quick 5 laps and the achievement will unlock.
