1 puzzle piece... use save died and complete it and then flash back CHAPTER 5 Joseph. i belive i missed this 1..right after containing the bullish man enter the next door and you will be in an area with a two stacks of boxes and chemicals in the middle of them. go to the right stack of boxes and go around the right side of them and the puzzle piece is hidden behind here.<br />

a guy will attack you, after you kill him go on a bit and enter a room. the next case file is on some boxes to the left close to the next door.<br />
right after getting the case file pick the lock on the door right in front of you. go in and the audio tape is in there on a table.
