hello all im here to upload a friends fallout 3 modded save he asked me to upload for him so all the credits go to joey1990 not me ty it is lvl 30 and has ass weapons armor items and much more i believe it has legit health cant be certain due to not playing it anymore, but as we all know all u need to do is rehash and resign it plz enjoy and comment on wat u think
