hi, i got a problem with FIFA World Cup 2014 squads ,after that i put it in usb ,my xbox can't read it. how i do to make it read??

the game title id is 0000000 and my xbox won't recognize it

This is the problem that title id is 00000000!! Why?

n for someone who can't inject to xbox, just rehash, resign n save it to flashdrive using horizon then edit title id using usbxtaf..
