    This save is for Über difficulty. I just completed this save a few minutes ago on Über. It's right at the final boss with General Deathshead (his 2nd phase). You just need to beat him then the achievement should pop.

    Don't forget to rehash/resign!

    This is my original save and it popped for me. Have you tested it on your console? The 2nd fight with Deathshead Pt. 2 is quite tough but not as hard as his first phase.
