    Make sure your firewall isn't blocking xebuild, and make sure that it's actually running on the console (you need to have the installer open!) If you don't know if it's actually running, try using the standalone version...

    Thank you very much for your share.
    By the way, I would like correct one point.
    It is written In the "UpdateMyConsole.bat" that "xebuild update -f 16547", but it must be "xebuild update -f 16747".
    I have changed and it is working perfectly for me.

    I have read all 19 pages of this board . . i had an issue that no one addressed i think. The program updated the hernal fine but then got stuck here. . . .

    Formatting HDD partition...
    success!
    Sending avatar files to HDD partition...


    after a long while. . . . 1 hour and 15 minutes the system finished fully and rebooted
    It fully completed for me. i havent updated my fat in a long time costing me money and a nice ride to my xbox doctor
    but this is nice to have and i truly apprciate all the hard work you guys do to make this work for us. :heart:


    Now all i need is to know how to add more avatar item puleeze!!!! anyone got a good simple tut to show me how???
