Resolved 360Rev only works correctly in downloaded folder, greyed out in any other

Version 2.71 on Vista 32bit

Before posting, I searched the site for an answer but could not find it.

360Rev opens fine and works perfectly as long as I leave the executable in my "Downloads" folder. If I move it into its own folder (i.e. from D:\Downloads to D:\360apps\360Revolution), then when I run the program, everything is greyed out and unaccessable.

Both folders have exact same permissions and attributes, can't figure out why it stops working after moving to a new folder. Any ideas?
