as for kinect I get this message "The Kinect Sensor needds an update. to get the update, restart your console"

Now is it possible to proceed with the "Systemupdate" without an USB flash?
is there a way to update it with FlashFXP?

It's not an issue with win8, I am on 8.1 64bit (see window look in vid) , Try the force IP option or other things mentioned in the xeBuild ReadMe or by others in this thread,, as for your xell issue maybe try building and flashing an update like normal. :why:

no worries mate I did it with JRunner (which actually did the exact same thing I wanted to do with yours) the "Update" function on JR did it in seconds same process as yours mate, I don't know why the cmd window keeps shutting down on yours mate or it doesn't find the xbox JR did, shame after your hard work with this and its very cool what you did no worries.

As for the xell no mate still doing the same, can Is it possible to maybe change the version of xell? but it is the latest one I'm on and xenon.elf and all the others don't boot just sticks on Fat uda0 and looking online it seems hundreds of people have this issue and no one seems to of resolved it I don't get it worked fine before I updated )

 

For people who are having "cannot find xbox issue, udp ecc." simply de-activate (dunno how to say it in english, i mean turn it off) windows firewall for the necessary time.

 

hi guys i have a question , i work since about 1 year on my curent version dashlaunch 3.8 also have an old sysupdate , do i need it to bring it on the latest cause everything works fine here new games can be played without issues

This is a very simple thing to do. It's better that you learn how to do it yourself rather than use a BATCH file. When a new update comes out, this will NOT work anymore.. You'll need to re-download the latest dashlaunch/xebuild and the $SystemUpdate, and do it yourself.

if i update my dashlaunch to 3.11 and also to use an old kernel in my case it is 16197 will my cosole boot with it? cause i read some dashlaunch versions are only compatible with an newer kernel versions thx

if you have completed the system update with the files from here you can download the original system update from xbox.com.
put this files on a usb and put it in your rgh after this a message should pop up and you can install the avatar update
