Diablo 3 Starter Save (Request?)

so i was looking through the diablo three achievements and i've noticed that there were achievements for picking up 500k and 5 mil gold.

with the modded saves that have like 3748963794693679 gold, do these achievements pop up right away? if they do would it be possible to create a starter save with just potions?

All Classes, both genders. Unlimited Money & Health Potions. Level 60. All characters start of Act 1. Probably some other stuff, not sure
