I did everything except up to the part when you compare the files and it comes back as both files are identical... I don't think i'm understanding the whole you need two saves thing

"To mod coach or owner saves:
    You need two saves:
One which serves as the base.
The second should be changed only by the value you're looking for."

Can someone explain this more to me?

Sure. Have one save on your PC. Load the same save on your Xbox and only change what you're looking for. For example, for funds upgrade your stadium or for xp spend some xp on players or coaches. Then, save this file and also move it to your PC. Continue from there.

You can follow the tutorial for coaches and owners if the tool doesn't work for you.

Did the .NET 4.0 version work for you?

I took a look. It seems like your saves are too far apart which means there are many differences between the two files. To make it easier to find the values you're looking for in the save you should load the AUG25 save, spend xp or funds depending on what you're looking for, then save this file and move it to your PC. Compare the two find the differences and continue with the tutorial.

A video tutorial would be NICE! for some reason the files that go into the Inflated/inflatedchanged folders are .frt instead of .dat like u say in your worded tutorial....idk if thats why its not working for me...

You could mod this by following the coach/owner tutorial in the OP.

sweet, sweet...I got to like step 5 and I'm at the point where I opened the command window but every time I try to do the offzip.exe -a thing it keeps saying Access is Denied, and I am on my admin account.

I understand elevated vs unelevated command prompts, and I am able to open an elevated cmd by clicking the cmd shortcut, but how do I get an elevated command prompt if I am shifting + right clicking the folder and opening it there?

Edit: I downloaded a tweak that apparently allowed me to run an elevated CMD from the context menu. Yay! However, the same thing happened. I looked at the top where it says "Administrator:" Then back down at "Access is denied" and almost shat my pants. Hilarious. Thanks Microsoft!
