A decent USB 3.0 Usb Stick

Was looking at about 32GB Usb 3.0 Usb stick but Can anyone recommend any good ones at a good price and have a good read and write speak thanks

In know you said a USB stick but for the extra ££ I'd rather have 500gb to use than 32gb etc
