Doom II You have huge guts Achievement.

As title says use what ever mod tool program such as (Horizon, Modio, 360revolution etc) rehash and resign the save with your ID's and as soon as you start go into the room to the left and hit the cyber demon once or twice with your fists and achievement should unlock.
