Assassins Creed Revelations All Data Fragments

I want to complete desmonds journey and I don't want to look for anymore fragments.

Anyone want to help me out

I have a save for revelations that i got every achievement on, before the DLC came out. i have school in like 5 minutes so i dont really have time to get it form the xbox to here. If you can wait about 6 hours i can upload it then?

 

I really don't want to wait that long.... Anyone else?

 

if you really can't wait then try this save but I don't know if you can replay the Desmond memories and get the achievements if they have already been played. Try it out. you only need to collect 30 of them cant imagine that would take too long

If you have over half the fragments you can actually buy a map from the tailor shop that shows you the remaining fragment locations.
