License Transfer More Than One Time A Year?

Does anyone know if there's a way to license transfer a game more than once a year on the Xbox?

Yes now you can do it once every 4 months.

 

Oh nice. I didn't know it was every 4 months.. I thought it was every 6 months. Is there a way to do it before the 4 months? I mean, I accidentally license transferred to the same xbox so that's why I'm wondering
