Persona 4 Arena, all navigators unlocked?

Does anyone have a Persona 4 Arena save (Japanese or English, modded or otherwise), that unlocks all of the navigators? They require 100% Score Attack, 100% Story Mode completion, and one character with 100% Challenge Mode completion. I'm starting to think that it's impossible to unlock them without buying the DLC (since Score Attack is ridiculously difficult and all).

this save file looks like the one i posted there!
(i know it is because of skipped challenges and progress completed)

anyway that save file does not have all the navigators unlocked

original save by NagashiRaikiri, i just completed score attack with every character and added to challenge progress to hit 300/390

 

btw can anyone add to challenge progress on the save? that would be awesome, thanks.
