First, youre gonna wanna go to xbox.com and go to customize profile, select change gamerpic and inspect element one of the pics,

there should be a link.

select the numbers at the end and change it to w/e you prefer.

00027-00001
00028-00001
00029-00001
00030-00001 etc.

These are all pics that are for the xbox one that arent out to the public.
