I'm looking for that too. Along time now. I think its to hard to do a usb mod, or they dont wanna waste time. There is this starter save, maybe you try this one
i am still trying to mod the game. i was able to find some usefuel values, but if i changed it, save corrupted. after a while i found this PC editor. i put my save into horizon, extractet the content file, and opened it in this editor. looks like this is a good start to do our own editor, (I DONT KNOW IF THIS EDITOR WORKS FOR XB)
