    Equipped Weapons
    Souls
    Soul Memory
    Player Attributes
    Player Statistics
    Player Coordinates
    Target Attributes
    Change Camera Mode new
    Change FOV
    Illumination
    Highlighted Vendor Item
    Change Appearance

    Item Helper:
    1. Attach Cheat Engine 6.4 to DarkSoulsII.exe
    2. Enable the Display Item Identifiers in Log script
    3. Select all of the text (Control+A)
    4. Copy all of the text (Control+C)
    5. Open NotePad, or your favorite text editor
    6. Paste all of the text (Control+V)
    7. Enable the Item Swapper (last item dropped) script
    8. Drop an item from your inventory (Click an item and select 'Leave')
    9. Modify the Item ID table value to your desired item
    10. Pick the item up

    Tested on CODEX release.
