I made this tool because I really enjoy this game, it's the first tool I've ever coded so the code is incredibly sloppy but it's does the job.

This tool can edit almost every thing you could want in game except for chao. I do have a version that includes a chao editor but it currently only edits the first chao, it will take a long time to port all the offsets to all 24 chao but I will eventually have it finished.

Haha it's alright, I finally made an RTE tool for it.

 

Oh, so you stopped bragging/hating because you knew him and got half your offsets off him, that makes sense....
