Hello can someone please help me with this i have 2 trinity slims that i want to RGH i have a coolrunner rev c in my trinity slim but can someone tell me what is the difference between the Rev c and xecuter coolrunner cpld development board would the 2nd one work on the trinity slims i have thanks. the site has taken the coolrunner cpld development board off the site not to worry
2nd link doesn't work I would Imagine its a clone, if you want to use clones then I can help you with ones that I know that work... If it's for your personal machine then I would wait on the CR4 XL coming soon from TX..
I wouldn't recommend using ANY clones to start with. Even if they do "work". Incorrect components means that it's going to have issues down the line.
I know but some people want to be cheap and don't care, really they are not worth it in the long run because you are right..
The Rev C, was the latest revision of that particular board (Don't count the CR3 Lite, as that's just a Rev C with the CPU_Cleaner and other add ons) Also, that that website is not a listed re-seller. Genuine Rev C's are discontinued now and very hard to come by. Chances are anyone with stock of them are clones and you don't want them. Go for a good quality product that you'll receive support for (Slim Proto V2) or do as Tool said, and wait for the new product.
Hhhhmmmm thats strange when i go on tx/where-to-buy/ and click on the UK resellers its a different name to the site but never the less i would rather get 2 rev c as i no what am doing with them but like you said if they have discontinued them now then its just trying to find Slim pro v2
http://www.modsupplier.com/catalog/xecuter-slim-proto-v2-tx-p-1093.html Mission to find them in stock, there is a link above where I got my last one from and it never took too long to get here even though it was from a far away land
Nice one i will have a look on there now see if i can get 2 ordered the kids driving me crazy with my RGH so going to do theirs for them
They are good for timing just make sure you put everything as far back together as possible before tweaking so it stays fast, also if you follow a CR3 guide don't put the chip in the same place because the wires don't reach!
