    If I license transfer from a friend will the content still work on his xbox as well as mine?

    Yes they will, as long as you keep his account on your xbox you will be able to use it and so will he.

    yes it will work for both of you there is actually no need to keep your friends profile after the licence transfer and redownloading is done
