Xenon motherboards have a spot to install a 3pin fan header on the motherboard directly behind the rf board and it's been so long since ive seen that tut and now I cant find it. If you can help me find it then id appreciate it..
I no its not much to go by but if you have the MB upside down with the RF board facing you the left is 12v and the right is 5v sorry if this didint help.
I used to wire mine onto the DVD drive wires but that was mostly because i would do case mods for customers that wanted a third cooling fan installed, so it was for ease of install.
he mean this spot behind the RF board. Solder your pin header there. Flip the board over and solder R7V7
here is what i'm looking for, really just need to know if any resistors, caps or bridges are needed in the empty spots under the header or the empty spots under the motherboard.
Yep i no m8 i have one sitting in my room never had rrod av had it about 4-5 year now i think might be longer. Just use the pics Sensi420 added i might give this a go l8a or 2morrow
