A video made by Tim Seyfelmliukov has been uploaded to Youtube that shows latency issues between the Xbox One controller and Battlefield 4 Beta on Xbox One. Battlefield 4 is 60 FPS which should be a good benchmark for highlighting any input lag and the video clearing shows a delay but you must keep in mind that since Battlefield 4 is still in beta it could be the reason for some lag. You can watch the video below to make your own mind up .

The official word from General manager Zulfi Alam on the Xbox One Controller is that controller lag on the Xbox one has been reduced by 20%

""There were two goals: first increase the bandwidth of this wireless protocol, significantly more, 20x more than what we have right now. And the other one was to reduce the latency, so the moment you press the fire button, the time it takes to go to your console and back, essentially we reduce that.""

Input lag isn't soley down to the hardware, it is also determined by individual software.
