Hey guy's i need xce_tools2 download since i can't find it anywhere.. if you can please link me that woud be great Thank's

 

I keep getting
"The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing"
and

Maybe you can try to turn off your virus protection and firewall, defender. And try to install it again..

 

Download it again its working then perfect! Turn off firewall/ protection!

 

Download the dll from google and put in system32 folder on c/ on your computer or just put in the folder with xce

Already downloaded it and put it in the folder but still having the same problem.. Guess it doesn't like me lol

for the people that are having the issue where the dll issue download the file here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?msvcr71 once downloaded place it in the same file of the exe here and it will work

 

See I was running windows 8.1 maybe that was the problem, Installed windows 7 last night to see if that was the problem
