Ok i have tried to port forward but it keeps saying the ports are not open

 

Open your ports
Turn firewall off
Turn anti-virus off

Should be good to go.

Send him a screen shot of where it shows your username and pass.

 

seems to me that you have the ports blocked, if teamviwer isnt even let me connect, says rejected, i have pm'd you mine id try that way

If not turn off yout firewall and try again
