Xbox update question

I just want to know if I should update I am running lt+3.

Just Updated my LT+ 3.0 and still playing backups great.
100% safe as long as your games have been burnt with IMG and have been patched with abgx360

 

Finally got the update on my lite on at last. All is good here time for some forza

I read somewhere that benq drives on lt3.0 get an error while trying to update. Is this true?
has anyone updated with a benq dvd drive?
I got prompt for the update this morniing so i unplugged the wifi adapter.
I was going to reflash stock firmware,update then flash back 3.0 when I get home.

Haven't heard of anything like that, back when i had lt 3.0 i never bothered to go back to stock, update and reflash i just did it the update with lt 3.0 on it, never had any problems.
