Xbox Online Down?

Has anyone else been unable to get on Xbox this morning?

I can sign in but I can't access anything, games apps etc they just do not load up.

Did you mess with the developer settings?

 

No, have not messed with anything. Was fine before bed, had just completed Ryse and was going to start again this morning.

All I have now is the loading circles on either side of the Home screen going around.

 

My Xbox One started having issues like that along with Error 0x87c40000 i now have a replacement Xbox One on the way.

Do me a favour mate and inbox me what I need to do to get a replacement one. I have the serial number etc to my old 1 here

 

Thanks, I just left it unplugged for a few minutes and rebooted and it looks fine at the moment, hope it was just one of those things that happen now and again and nothing more.

 

ive been after a serial number looking everywhere .
