Xbox One License Transfer

My friend have xbox one. I gave him today my account to transfer license on his account. Where to find this option? Or maybe on xbox one he can't transfer license?

 

you can game share .. Just set his xbox account as your "home xbox" and he needs to do the same on his xbox using your account

 

I need to have xbox one? I can't find that option on my xbox 360. My friend have x1 I have x360
