Xbox one controller help

my xbox controller wont reconnect it worked fine about two hours ago i go to the store to buy the division and now my xbox one controller wont reconnect unless its wired

 

If its for the x1 plug it in and try to up date it again.

 

the controller and console are both updated

 

Resetting your xbox to factory settings ie new then update controller.
