Xbox Neighborhood issues.

Hopefully some smart people can help me with my issue. When I was on the last dashboard Neighborhood worked fine for me but since I updated to the most current dash it doesn't want to find my rgh for some reason. I have a ethernet cable going from my laptop - router and another one going from my router - RGH but when I go to set a default console(I typed 'Jtag' and my consoles IP in) it can't find it.
Not sure if it matters but my plugins are this:

plugin1 = Hdd:\xbdm.xex
plugin2 = Hdd:\dudeeitsbrian.xex
plugin3 = Hdd:\RPC.xex
plugin4 = Hdd:\JRPC.xex

(xbdm hasn't been deleted from the console either)

 

hey re update your console with the files I have provided this will allow dash launch to function correctly
