Are Xbox license transfer tied to account or console. What I mean is that lets say I have my main account's license used for the time and then make new xbox account and would I be able to license transfer again without waiting?
You can use it every 3 months. Its tied to a console. So if you have 3 friend. Over a period of 9months you can al play the games on your gamertag on there console Hope that helps. I do it alot
is this explained in greater detail somewhere? my friend and i play RTS games a lot he started buying new ones by demand if we licence transfer can i download his games? and he can in turn get my dlc maps
