xbox help

So the other day my xbox got the dreaded 1 red ring... aka e74

After looking at a few tuts i reflowed it yesterday with a heat gun

But no it comes up with 3 red lights and the fan wont even spin now?

I gave it a re-paste aswell but still no luck?

Any1 got any idea's what the problem could be?


The secondary error code is 0230

 

all you have to do is do the pennie trick there"s 4 chips that you need to put em on and it should be good there dude

0023 (not yet known) hmm thats wierd do the heatgun on the gpu and the pennie trick see if it ll go

just afew notes :

too much paste is just as bad as no paste

be sure the board is not flexed , especially when you are heating it up

let the board cool all the way down before you try to reboot it

make sure not to over tighten the bolts on the heat sinks

last but not least - if all else fails , set that peach a blaze !
