xbox e68 issue

i got an xbox here thats getting the e68 error whn i put the hardrive in any ideas how to fix it i get rid of another issue then another comes up

 

ouch man sorry that that happened. last time that happened to me my harddrive was fried...i had to get a new one

have you tried a different hard drive to see if that is the problem or not?
